“No good comes from being untrue.”
-Tegan and Sara
The most meaningful brand collaborations are built where product, community, and culture intersect.
I led partnership development and strategy for a collaboration between Tegan & Sara, Urban Outfitters, and Peau De Loup (PDL), bringing together music, fashion, and advocacy to create a gender-inclusive capsule collection rooted in shared values and community connection.
From the initial partnership development through launch, I helped shape the collaboration strategy and served as the connector across the artist team, Tegan and Sara Foundation, PDL, and Urban Outfitters. I aligned stakeholders around a shared vision, translated creative direction into a cohesive brand story, and guided execution across product development, merchandising, retail, and marketing teams.
The collection was designed as more than a retail moment—it was a platform for visibility, storytelling, and cultural connection. Through intentional design and authentic partnership, the collaboration reflected the mission of the Tegan and Sara Foundation while creating a product experience that resonated with LGBTQ+ communities and beyond.
I managed the cross-functional process from concept through launch, overseeing timelines, approvals, partner communications, and execution across digital channels and 15 Urban Outfitters locations throughout North America.
The result was a culturally relevant collaboration that demonstrated the power of brands, artists, and communities coming together to create meaningful moments—where storytelling extends beyond the product and becomes part of the larger cultural conversation.
