Ashlie is a strategist with 15+ years of experience across women’s sports, entertainment, apparel, music and higher education. Her projects are focused on developing athlete, brand, product and fan strategies grounded in authenticity, cultural relevance, and connection.
Her career began in higher education, with roles at the University of Minnesota, Washington State University and the Rhode Island School of Design, where she worked closely with students and athletes to support their academic and personal development. This foundation shaped her commitment to cultivating environments where people feel supported, empowered, and able to succeed with aligned strategy and resources.
