glad you are here.

Every breakthrough in business starts with strategy, partnerships, and unseen creative thinking.

I work with organizations and talent to shape the initiatives behind those moments. Developing strategy, leading partnership conversations, and identifying opportunities where culture, community, and commerce intersect. By bringing the right people to the table and aligning shared goals, these ideas become initiatives that create lasting value for brands, athletes, teams, and consumers.

“Back of House” reflects the belief that the most powerful ideas often start in overlooked places. Understanding the nuances of audience, identity, and culture that shape how people connect. When paired with thoughtful strategy and strong partnerships, those insights move beyond temporary moments to drive long-term impact.
